The agreement between us.

These terms govern your use of the JVK Technologies website and our publishing services. By browsing the catalog, contacting our team, or purchasing a book or publishing package, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Continued use of the site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of last revision above.

02 — Book purchases

How buying a book works.

Prices listed on our catalog are in Indian Rupees (Rs) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. International pricing, where shown, is in US Dollars ($). Availability of any title may change without notice; we will confirm availability, payment, and delivery details with you before processing any purchase.

To purchase a book, contact us by email or WhatsApp using the links on each product page. Our editorial team will coordinate payment, packaging, and dispatch. Shipping is arranged on a per-order basis, with free shipping availability confirmed before dispatch based on your location and order value.

03 — Publishing services

Our author agreements.

Our publishing packages — Starter, Basic, and Advance — include the features described on our homepage and any customizations agreed in writing. The standard publication cycle is fifteen working days from manuscript acceptance, subject to author responsiveness on cover approvals and proof reviews.

Authors retain full copyright to their work. JVK Technologies retains a non-exclusive license to print, distribute, and market the book in the territories and channels agreed in the publishing contract. Authors receive 100% of book sale profits as defined in their individual agreement.

04 — Returns & refunds

If something is not right.

If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the catalog description, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds for digital or publishing services are governed by the individual author agreement and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns of books that have been read, marked, or otherwise used beyond a reasonable inspection. If you have a concern about a specific order, please reach out and our team will work with you on a fair resolution.

05 — Intellectual property

Respect for the work.

All content on this website — including catalog text, book cover images, descriptions, and editorial essays — is the property of JVK Technologies or our authors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Brief quotations for review, criticism, or academic citation are permitted with attribution to the source. Cover images and book descriptions may be used by reviewers, educators, and booksellers for the purpose of promoting the sale of the relevant title.

06 — Limitation of liability

The scope of our responsibility.

JVK Technologies provides catalog information and publishing services on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of book descriptions, prices, and availability, we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our liability for any individual order or publishing engagement is limited to the amount paid to us for that specific service. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier failures, or government restrictions on printing and distribution.

07 — Governing law

Jurisdiction and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
