For inquiries about specific titles, we may record the book title, tracking ID, and product URL you mentioned so our editorial team can respond accurately. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your information to any external party.

The purposes we serve.

We use the information you share to respond to book inquiries, process publication package requests, coordinate ISBN and printing logistics with authors, and deliver ordered books to your address. We may also use anonymized, aggregated information about catalog browsing patterns to improve our editorial selection and discoverability.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly subscribed to our newsletter, and you may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any message we send.

04 — Data storage & security

Where your information lives.

Your inquiry information is stored in our editorial email system and shared only with the members of our team who need it to respond to your request. We retain inquiry records for a reasonable period to provide continuity of service, then delete them on a regular schedule. We do not store payment card information on our systems.

If you are an author published with JVK Technologies, we retain the information necessary to administer your royalties and publications for the duration of our publishing agreement and any applicable legal retention period.
